We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications – with an immediate start. The ideal candidate has a strong background in test automation, is capable of navigating complex business domains, and is also willing to perform manual testing when necessary. You will work as part of a collaborative, remote-first team to deliver stable, well-tested solutions that support real-world operational needs.

What you’ll be testing 💻

• A complex, data-heavy, business-critical application, continuously evolving with new features.

• A smaller tool that supports hotel and transfer bookings for delayed or stranded crew members.

• Both applications are built on Microsoft technologies, with SharePoint as a common backend, so familiarity with Microsoft environments is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Automation Frameworks: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency.

• Test Strategy: Identify automation candidates within business workflows and edge cases to ensure proper system reliability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.

• Agile Participation: Engage in SAFe-style planning, quarterly PIs, and task tracking via Azure DevOps.

• Hybrid Testing: Perform manual requirement mapping and scenario design as part of the automation preparation phase.

What will you need 💪

• Hands-on Test Automation experience: Proven track record with tools such as Robot Framework, Ranorex, or similar frameworks.

• Manual Testing foundation: Ability to design test scenarios and identify defects before automating them.

• Communication & Independence: Strong self-management skills and the ability to ramp up quickly in a remote environment.

• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).

• Fluent English: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working in a fully international team.

• Remote Flexibility: This is a fully remote position (very occasional in-person attendance might be needed for special events).
