We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing custom cloud-based applications. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, SAP SuccessFactors, and SQL-based development. This role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Architecture Design: Define and design custom cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural best practices.

1. Application Development: Lead the development and integration of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

   Cloud Infrastructure: Build and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Azure services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

   SAP SuccessFactors Integration: Design and implement robust integration solutions between custom applications and SAP SuccessFactors.

   Database Development: Develop and maintain SQL-based solutions using Azure SQL and SQL Server, with a focus on performance and data integrity.

   Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure architectural alignment and project success.

   Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including technical designs, integration flows, and specifications.

Technology Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system capabilities and user experience.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture or equivalent role.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering custom cloud-based software solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.

• In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration methods.

• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and SQL Server in both development and operations.

Architectural Expertise: Ability to create secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise systems.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Teamwork: Strong track record of working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
