Key Responsibilities 💻
Client Acquisition and Engagement
- Identify and acquire new clients for our comprehensive IT outsourcing and custom IT software development solutions.
- Maintain proactive communication with potential clients to understand their needs and explore sales opportunities.
- Analyze and evaluate client needs, challenges, and requirements to ensure effective and tailored solutions
- Collaborate with our IT Experts and presales specialists to craft proposals and tender materials aligned with client needs.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and closely monitor project execution.
- Address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Networking, Representation, and Business Exploration
- Identify prospective clients, explore their business needs and challenges.
- Organize and lead discussions and negotiations with new clientele.
- Represent the company at networking events and other professional gatherings.
Collaboration and Administration
- Seamlessly collaborate with other organizational units and business partners, working alongside project professionals.
- Administer, maintain, and track business opportunities in the CRM system on a weekly basis.
Proposal Development and Financial Planning
- Develop proposals and tender materials in line with recommended prices set by business units.
- Plan financial coverage and coordinate with superiors for approval.
- Be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets defined by the Sales Director through both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
What will you need 💪
- Higher Education Degree in Economics or Technical Field, Preferably.
- Proven experience in sales of IT outsourcing and/or custom software development project services (minimum +5 years).
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, generate interest, and successfully close deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Cultivation and maintenance of strong client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the software development landscape.
- Hunger for success and a relentless drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of the entire sales process.
- Proficiency in English, German or any additional languages is an advantage.
